Technical Assistance Programmes

This is the interface from where the technical assistance can be handled. It includes project management tools for managing the technical assistance project cycle, including an overview page, a task management tool, timesheet management, programme milestones, file hosting, collaboration/discussions, Gantt chart, ticket section, contracts, procurement details, notes, and an activity log for auditing.

Document Management

This section allows documents to be uploaded, organized in folders, and viewed directly on the platform. Documents can also be modified collaboratively for seamless teamwork.

Stakeholders Management

This section allows managing various stakeholders involved in the implementation of the technical assistance programmes, including experts & consultants, contracts, and insurance details.

Other tools could be added to this section as needed.

Collaboration & Communication

This is designed as a forum for collaborative work, discussion, and communication among all stakeholders involved in the technical assistance programmes.

Customers / Members / Partners

This section allows adding ATAF Members, Partners, and other organizations involved in the technical assistance, with tools to manage their records.

Task Management

This tool allows tasks to be added and associated with technical assistance programmes, ensuring systematic tracking and completion.

Support & IT Helpdesk

This section allows ATAF staff to handle IT support from PANEOTECH during the support period, facilitating quick resolution of any technical issues.

Knowledge Base

This section contains resources on how to use the ATAF Technical Assistance Management Platform, including tutorials, FAQs, and best practices.
